They are privately schooled in only the best European schools, they shop with credit cards that have no limits and they eat at top restaurants where one meal could cost as much as entire month’s salary for you and me. These rich kids can indulge in pretty much anything they want. They can book a spot on the Virgin Galactic spaceship, buy a sports team, have doughnuts delivered to every door in a 10-mile radius or buy a casino and name it after their pet cat. Let’s take a look at what some of Russia’s richest youths spent their money on the past year.
Who Needs a Car?
Rich Russians have the option to fly around the world in private jets as they’re being served anything their heart desires – whether it’s champagne and caviar, or whiskey and whale steaks if that’s what they like. Most of them also have access to luxurious private yachts. As for short hops, there’s always the option of a private helicopter.
And if You Have to Have a Car, Make it a Flashy one
Unfortunately, not all restaurants and nightclubs have landing pads for helicopters, so rich Russian kids have also been showing off their flashy cars. Of course, only the best will do. Throughout 2018 we’ve seen some Lamborghinis and Mercedes AMG G63s. One of them posted a pic of her Bugatti Chiron asking, ‘Does it match with my dress?’

From pedigreed Pomeranians to pet tigers with diamond-studded collars, super-rich Russian kids can choose to have ordinary or exotic pets. The latest interesting pet we saw posted in social media was a racoon.
Some Prefer to Wear Their Animals
Fur has traditionally been a prized possession in Russia – both for its beauty and warmth. It is also a symbol of status and an excellent way to flaunt your wealth for all to see. Although the industry has recently taken a dive because of animal rights, fashion-conscious rich Russian youths are still showing off their mink coats and sable stoles.

Some rich Ruskis have been getting up close and personal with politicians – a few selfies with Russian President Vladimir Putin have been popping up recently.
They Are Still Shopping
Well, who wouldn’t shop if you had unlimited spending? The sons and daughters of the Russian oligarchs continue to show off their spending habits and in 2018 we’ve been seeing some of them show off some goodies from Louis Vuitton and very pricey watches.
Money Can’t Buy Happiness
Whether the super-rich Russian youths are playing football in crystal palaces or having diamond-encrusted taps installed in their bathrooms, they are still teenagers. Just because they have a lot of money doesn’t mean they don’t get lonely, worry about getting good grades in school or about not being liked. Money is not everything after all.
